Logging into the USTA Shop for the First Time
- Check Your Email – Open your inbox and look for a welcome email from shopustaofficials.com site. The subject will be “Your USTA Officials Online Shop has been created!”
- Set Your New Password – Click on the link ‘Click here to set your new password.’ Please use a Strong password.
- Save your Password – For easier ordering next time.
Using Store Credit from an Email
- Check Your Email for the Store Credit Code – Open your inbox and look for a welcome email from shopustaofficials.com site – subject “You have received USTA store credit”
- Visit the Store Website – Browse and add items to your cart.
- Proceed to Checkout – Go to the checkout page.
- Enter the Store Credit Code – Click on ‘Have a Coupon?’ and enter the store credit code in that location.
- Apply the Credit – The total should update to reflect the discount. Please confirm that the credit has been applied before finalizing your order.
